Return and Refund Policy

Please read the policies of purchase and return policy carefully before making any online transaction.

Overview

You can exchange your product for a different size or color within 14 calendar days of receiving it. In the event that the product you received does not satisfy you for any reason, then you can also exchange it for another of equal or greater value. In this case the return costs and the expenses of the new shipment must be covered by you. If the change is due to our company’s error, the corresponding costs are covered by us. You can make only one change to each product.  

Changes are accepted up to 1 time and at the customer’s expense and only if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been worn beyond the test, have not been damaged, have not been ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process. 

Also, any labels that accompany the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice, otherwise and if the above is not met, the package is returned to the sender at his own expense for shipping costs. 

Then you send the product you do not want to us and as soon as we receive it and determine that the product is in its original condition (unworn, with tags, not worn, etc.) we send you the new order. 

You are responsible for returning the package and the cost of returning the package. The Piece of you online store is not responsible for any additional charges arising from currency differences, customs clearance costs, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations. The Piece of you online store is not responsible for any loss. 
 
The return process usually takes 3-6 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process before they reach the e-shop office for customer information. So when your return arrives at the office of the e-shop you will receive the necessary information. 

If a defect in quality control is found in the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. 

*In case you did not manage to receive your order and it was returned to us, if you want us to send it again, it will be charged at your own expense. 

* In case you did not manage to receive your order and it was returned to us, and we cannot communicate with you by email or phone, then we will return your money in your bank account but the shipping costs will be withheld plus an additional 0.50 euros which is an extra charge by ELTA courier for returned packages. 

 

Sales items

In cases of purchase of products that are on SPECIAL OFFER with a discount of -30% and above (Category: SALES), no changes are accepted. 

Products that are already on sale cannot be combined with additional discount codes. 

 

Withdrawal – Refunds

Or please contact us at info@pieceofyou.gr to initiate your return process and kindly state the reason of your return. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package.  

To refund for an order, your items must meet the below requirements: 

  • Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date 
  • Be on its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition 
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging 

 

A refund will be issued in your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. 
 
Given to the company to accept return of the product if the package is not violated when accompanying the product with proof of payment. 

If a defect in quality control is found in the returned product, the company must return the package to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. 

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, it will be free of charge if it has not been delivered to the carrier. If shipping has started, then you will be charged 4 euros for shipping.

Defect product

In the unlikely event that something you’ve bought from us is faulty when it arrives, then we’ll be happy to replace it. Please contact us up to 1 day after receiving your order regarding the defect of the product and once it is returned to us, we will then send you the new product free of charge for shipping.
